Accommodation

Like the softest whisper, everything projects an air of luxury and elegance in each of our 24 rooms, 11 Suites and an Apartment.

Everything is at hand to ensure an unforgettable stay, including WiFi Internet connection and DVD players. The Suites and the Apartment feature a sitting area, fireplace, terrace or balcony for your private pleasure.

Dining

La Sivolière’s clients can dine in the restaurant 1850, where they will be welcomed in a chic alpine ambiance enjoying splendid views over snowy pine-clad slopes. Chef Billal Amrani offers refined and mouth-watering cuisine. For the new season he has designed a menu that showcases noble and authentic produce, with some organic dishes. In addition to the dishes featuring on the main menu, a daily dinner menu will also be available.

After a day on the pistes, guests will be able to relax by the fire and delight in the “Egg parfait with whipped butter and lemon confit, Osetra caviar from France”, the “Potato gnocchi with cream of porcini mushrooms and Pata Negra”, or why not a “Hamburger of scallops with black winter truffle” or “Leg of milk-fed Pyrenees lamb roasted in caul”.

The Spa

This centre dedicated to well-being invites you to take a soothing pause in the balneotherapy pool, the relaxing steam bath and the sauna.

No need to choose between relaxation and fitness. You can have both. Also on the programme: a massage room and cardio-training equipment.
