Travel Checklist


Travel Insurance: don’t leave home without it – Choosing a suitable policy will give you peace of mind. Always be prepared before you travel and when you are in a foreign country. This may automatically be covered if you pay by credit card or your home insurance but only up to a certain amount. So you may need to complement what you already have.

Check your carry on and checked baggage meets the allowances for international travel. For Safari and some Explorer trip the allowance is between 15-20 kg on most domestic flights and should be soft bags only.

Check with your doctor about recommended vaccinations – See your doctor at least 6-8 weeks before departure to ensure sufficient time for a vaccine to work. Be sure to ask about laws on travelling with medicine in the country you are visiting.

You have been informed of your cancellation policy on your Travel Voucher or in your offer but if you need to make Changes or cancel your trip please contact The World of Envy.

In case of cancellation after a confirmed booking (invoice has been requested and sent) the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. If no deposit has been paid an admin fee of 200 euro will be charged by The World of Envy AB for each travelling guest except children under 12 years of age.

In case of a cancellation when payment has been made you will be refunded what you are entitled to with a deduction of 200 euro per adult, credit card fees already paid and possible currency changes.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the period you travel and the hotel booked. Also see our general terms & conditions.

Generally check-in is around 15.00 and check-out around 12.00 noon. Depending on hotel and destination we may be able to request early check-in and late check-out if needed. Contact us and we will see what we can do.


Check your flight departure and check-in times before you head to the airport.

If a flight is delayed or cancelled the Airline will re-route you and give you the information at the gate. It is the Airlines responsibility to re-route you and to bring you to your final destination and not your Travel agents & Flight booker.  However please contact Travel Point if you don’t get the information you require from the Airline.

Make sure your passport is arranged well in advance of your departure date, valid for at least 6 months from departure and valid for the duration of your trip.
Temporary passports can be made at the airport in Sweden however these are not valid for all places such as Dubai etc.

Arrive at the airport early – Be at the airport at least 2 hours Before your flight is due to board.

Your flight booker offers 24 hour service for urgent rebooking or new bookings after hours of operations on direct number +46 770 45 76 70.
Please have your booking reference handy.

After hour’s changes can be made during evenings, weekends and holidays at a cost of 650 SEK per assignment plus the charge of the changes made and possible new flights and this will be charged to the credit card you made the reservation in or by invoice if requested.
The World of Envy are not able to make any changes for you nor can be held responsible for bookings made by Travel Point or yourself even if a delay or cancellation by an Airline affects your accommodation booking.
