How to chose and rent a villa?
The Price varies dependent on location, size, number of bedrooms, amenities and services.
Contracts and Payment terms for villa rentals depend on period (holiday & peak season often require a minimum days booked and 100% payment up front), location, size and that particular owner.
Payment terms are normally divided in to a Deposit on signing of agreement and the additional payment a few weeks before arrival.
The owner generally requires a Security Deposit that will be returned to you upon departure if no damages.
Here are a couple of questions that will help us suggest the villa and area that will suit you the best:
- Have you rented a villa before? If so, please tell us about that experience, good and bad.
- What area and period do you have in mind?
- How many are you in your party, inclusive of kids and their ages? Based on this information we will calculate the amount of bedrooms.
- What requirements do you have: swimming pool, near a beach, ocean view, near a golf course or other activity, near a hotel for spa facilities, etc.?
- Do you prefer to cater the villa yourself or be provided with cleaning service, chef, drivers, nanny or similar?
